Post Work Out Snack

I’ve been trying to do more weight training lately to get tight and toned up after all this slacking off Ive been doing this summer. I’ll post my work out later tonight (during dance moms). I like to keep my post work out snacks low sugar, HIGH protein and low carb. Above is 1 Cup of Plain Fat Free Chobani mixed with Mio and four egg whites.

I’m going to start posting my day logs to give you a better idea of how my day goes. Today was a pretty healthy day, I didn’t get too many junk food craves. Working out really helps with the cravings and motivation to eat healthy.

Undressed Skeleton: Spaghetti Squash Pasta!

Tonight for dinner I had grilled fish, steamed broccoli and spaghetti squash pasta! If you’ve never made spaghetti squash before it can be kind of difficult but once you do it , it becomes easy!

  1. Heat the oven to 350.
  2. Slice the squash in half.
  3. Scoop out the seeds just like you would do…

Coconut Almond Yogurt!

Get in your swim suit and enjoy this island paradise treat by the pool! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup fat Free Plain Chobani Yogurt
  • 1 Small Coconut
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • Tsp Almond Extract
  • Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp Pineapple
  • 1 Packet Truvia

Directions

  1. Break open coconut and pour out coconut milk.
  2. Add 1 Cup Chobani in a small mixing bowl and combine shredded coconut, almond extract, vanilla extract and Truvia. 
  3. Place in coconut half and garnish with pineapple.

Coconut Almond Yogurt!
